An in-depth 3-week course which covers the physiological and psychological benefits and research supporting a meditation practice. Gain a basic understanding of the historical background of meditation and experience guided meditations, each with a separate purpose, that support your practice.
Upon completion of the course, the individual will be practicing a still breath meditation for up to 20 minutes per day, and with continued practice will receive all the benefits.
A one-hour course that is the perfect starting point to dip your toe into the water of meditation. It covers the basics of beginning a meditation practice in a condensed format.
A 3-week course that offers background knowledge on setting a spiritual-based practice, meditation experience in a small-group setting, and guidance to build your practice over the course of three weeks.
