A virtual self-paced, 3-week, (one video per week) meditation training protocol, which includes the who, what, when, where, why and how of a meditation practice including the research- based health and well-being benefits.
Upon completion of the course, the individual will be practicing a still breath meditation for up to 20 minutes per day, and with continued practice will receive all the benefits.
A 3-week in person, instructor led course which meets at our Geneva location for one-hour
per week for 3 weeks.
Learn diaphragmatic breathing, turning within and learning
and practicing beginning meditation in a shared energy, small group setting.
Half day business meeting in our tiered conference room.
Half day meditation, stretching, and movement focused on individual well-being.
Outdoor walking and movement facilitated by our experienced professional instructors (weather permitting).
