Delta Foundation is such a relaxing, enlightening place to be! The meditation courses are a wonderful way to set your own practice at home and have already changed my life for the better. The virtual videos are so helpful and easy to follow along with, and if you go in-person you get the benefit of learning directly from their amazing instructors. I can't get over how much more calm, centered, and connected I feel since beginning my own meditation practice.

This is a cool set up. When I walked in I was greeted by more than one person including Nicole. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It is not often the CEO of an operation is available to speak with and equally as warm and greeting as the team she serves with. The sculptures, figurines, and decor are incredible and timeless. I met with Nicole Waters for a consultation. She is warm, professional, and if I may say quite gifted. I found myself receiving a warm, safe energetic hug the entire time I was there accompanied with gentle nudges to keep me moving forward on my path of healing and clarity. Who wouldn't want this? I highly recommend a session with Nicole and to go check this place out, take a class, and experience something new. I already purchased a gift card for my wife and I plan on returning sometime again soon!
