Week 1 (FREE) of the 3-week in person, instructor led course which meets at our Geneva location for one-hour per week for 3 weeks, which teaches diaphragmatic breathing, turning within and learning and practicing beginning meditation in a shared energy, small group setting.  

This course will help you to:

  • Learn and practice diaphragmatic breathing
  • Learn and practice how to turn within
  • Develop and set a daily breathing meditation practice
  • Understand how to prepare yourself and the importance of preparing yourself for meditation
  • How to prepare your space for a daily meditation practice
  • Understand the short list of benefits of a daily meditation practice

As part of your course enrollment, you have access to a Meditation Guide and Journal (Printable or Fillable options) to use as you are learning and setting your meditation practice.  

Separate registration required for Week 2 & 3 in the course series.
