This is a one-hour, beginner, instructor-led workshop that helps you to understand what an intention is and how you can use this knowledge. Held in a small group setting, in one of our energetically set meditation rooms in our Geneva, IL learning space.
We learn to begin our day with an intention to remind ourselves that we have the power to create the life we want for ourselves.
This workshop will cover:
- What an intention is
- A summary of the current evidence-based research related with intention
- The importance of a daily meditation practice and how this will help support your intention
- We will guide you through a meditation before you choose an intention for your practice
- Demonstration of how to set an intention with a step-by-step process (handout included)
- We will walk you through setting your own intention, which you then bring home with you
