Guest Instructor - Jay Perez, Certified Personal Trainer (perez.jay3@gmail.com)

Jay is a lifelong athlete who experienced an injury that ended his baseball career. He now works with his son to ensure safety and health in his own athletic training, to help strengthen and prevent any risk of injury. This path of knowledge led Jay to the fitness world; understanding and learning the mechanics of how the body is designed and moves, and how each muscle works together to generate the most power in the safest manner has become his passion. All of this led Jay to personal training. He currently works with many individual clients at the Endorphin Effect in Bartlett, helping them achieve their overall fitness goals.

He continues to work with individuals and athletes of all ages to create and maintain healthy movement and reduce the risk of injury.
