In this workshop you will expand your knowledge of working with your energy field. We will apply what you learned in Energy 101 and take it to the next level. Diving deeper into knowing how to feel where your energy ends, and others begin. Understanding how to strengthen the boundary of our energy fields and applying it to our daily lives.
